About Me

Eddi: Due to a recent friend who was diagnosed with cancer (sarcoma inside her cheek lining), I am hoping to get more people started to eating healthily. I love sharing more health information with more people. Although I do get information overloaded at times. I'm trying my best to summarise it. One of my passion now is cooking and is recently crazily in love with my Magic Juicer, Thermomix. This Magic Juicer is an easy cooking, healthy eating option best suited for today's modern world ladies/men alike, a must have for family with growing kids. This super kitchen machine is one for everything, as it does replace at least 12 kitchen appliances if not more. I call mine the German robotic maid, the amazing Magic Juicer that can make me bread (gluten free if you preferred)/ steamed bun for my breakfast and then at the same time this Magic Juicer can cook rice for lunch and then when I feel like having a dessert, this same Magic Juicer can make me ice cream/ smoothies/ sorbet in seconds.
